The service man, Mr Chew arrived on time, he was polite and professional. He was thorough in cleaning and checking my units and provide helpful tips on maintaining for optimal performance. Cannot use this bloody AC contractor, he arrange appointment that timing not match, rearrange & he came my home with a black & unhappy face!  He think people no need to work, everyday staying at home waiting for his appointments!

On the last service, he don’t want to do chemical wash, due to one AC required chemical wash as recommended by him but he “don’t know how to do it”!

One man show, cannot fulfill the job or no time to do, said don’t know how to do, just want do quick job & zoom off to another site!

See attached messages replied by him “I no do chemical overhaul”!  It’s understood sign 4 times contract only basic cleaning, overhaul or chemical have to paid separately, I’ve never ask u to includes!

Purposely Vacuum AC until my whole mattress & flooring full of dust!  Not recommended to use such irresponsible contractor!  Moreover, there’s so many cheaper rates, he’s consider one of the high price with poor skills! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I’ve refer this unethical way of business to CASE to resolve it. If u don’t know how to do chemical wash or as u recommended overhaul, don’t operate business!
